Excellent and absolutely perfect location so close to great main shops, restaurants, Venice with the ATVO bus and the city center, and great service. Easy walk to a grand showpiece square. Fab food for all meals.

A decent size and brand-new and well priced room with bathroom, the TV, a double bed. Incredible setting, very close to all the shops, and the main sites. Again, walking distance to a cathedral church.

The staff were extremely helpful and check-in was early. The rooms were great value for money and the service good. The location was absolutely perfect for first time visitors to Venice. The property was set in a pretty basic area.

That was good value hotel set in quite basic area, close enough to Rialto Bridge and Water Buses, St Marc's Square and other Tourist Attractions and restaurants. Comfortable and easy setting for all my needs. Sometimes I visited Ostaria Boccadoro in the area. Overall the service was good. I liked the time in this property.

Had 4 nights in this excellent value hotel, spent our time here lovely. The staff has always been competent and particularly helpful, and the facilities were quite modern. Generally everything was very comfortable, though the bathroom was very small.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

Really helpful and fairly friendly staff and the breakfast was satisfactory with a view on gondolas passing by, the commercial coffee machine plus continental items to choose from. The hotel had a magnificent and absolutely perfect location next to a cathedral church.

Absolutely perfect and amazing location in Venice, close to the water buses to the train station, San Marco and Rialto bridge, and both the Rialto bridge. Great breakfast available. Terrific service everywhere.

I came here for 3 nights and had a very good stay. Got the same queen room on lower floors booked online, loved that. The personnel was very friendly, and the hotel had a quiet feeling. The service provided there was good.

Everything was very comfortable, had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. The room was cleaned daily with clean fluffy towels and available with a balcony.
The staff was not very helpful.
